Privacy Policy

Subwoofer Box Designer (“the designer”, “we”) is a free web tool for designing subwoofer enclosures. It works without an account. We collect as little as possible, and we never sell or share your data for advertising.

What stays on your device

• Your current project, saved comparison designs, wizard answers, language and units are stored in your browser’s local storage. They are not sent to us.
• A share link contains your project inside the link itself. We do not store the link or the project on a server.
• We do not use cookies, advertising trackers or fingerprinting.

What we receive

• Feedback you send. When you press “Send” in the feedback window, we store the topic, your text, the project you had open, your browser language and the app version. We do not ask for your name or e‑mail. Don’t put personal information in the text.
• Error reports. If the page hits an unexpected error, it sends the error message and technical stack, the app version, language and unit settings, your browser’s user‑agent string and the page path (without your project). This helps us fix bugs.
• Visit statistics. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.

Who processes the data

• Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site and stores feedback and error reports in its database (Cloudflare D1). Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address to deliver the page; we do not store IP addresses.
• Telegram is used to notify the site owner about new feedback and new error types; the notification contains the feedback text or the error message.

How long we keep it

Feedback and error reports are kept while they are useful for improving the designer and are deleted periodically. You can ask us to delete feedback you sent.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA in California), you may ask to access or delete data about you. Because we don’t collect names or e‑mails, tell us the date and the text of your feedback so we can find it. We do not sell personal information.

Children

The designer is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.
